The pre-installed application will enable all Amp'd subscribers to automatically back up phone contacts to secure servers so that in the event of a lost or damaged handset, the numbers may be accessed and instantly restored to a new handset. Users can also access their address book online and synchronize with the numbers saved on their handset via a web browser.
